Welcome to the Asia Rugby “Growing the Game Digital Contest” with attractive prizes on offer for submission in the following categories:

    1. Best Article on each of the following topics
      1. Development  #RugbyBuildsCharacter #RugbyIsLife
      2. Rugby is played by girls & women  #WomensRugby #GirlsInRugby
      3. Rugby is an inclusive sport #RugbyForAll  #MyRugbyMoment
      4. Rugby is played in a safe and secure environment   #PlayerWelfare

    3. Best Video

Prizes

Best submission from a union overall:

1st Prize:        750 balls
2nd Prize:      500 balls
3rd Prize:        250 Balls

In addition, for each article, the content of which (text, photo[s], video[s] provided by the union) is used on the Asia Rugby website, the union will receive 3 balls

There shall also be an award to recognise the individual winner in each of the 6 different categories outlined above.

Contest period:

1st November 2017 – 30th April 2018

At the end of the contest period, all the Asia Rugby member unions will be judged on their social media communication and articles submission according to the following criteria:

Number of articles, the content of which (text, photo(s), video), provided by the union, was used on the Asia Rugby website
Popularity of the articles (views/shares) on the Asia Rugby website
Quality and quantity of video footages provided (edited & raw right-free footages)#
Quality and quantity of photos provided (edited & raw right-free images)
Use of relevant hashtags

  1. Promoter: Asia Rugby
  2. Who Can Enter : all Asia Rugby Member Unions
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  4. By submitting material for this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  5. Closing date for entry will be 30th April 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  8. The prizes are as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  9. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. Only topics relevant to the Following  4 topics will be admissible for the contest (use of the following Hashtags is a must)

  17. Please Note Unions will be judged on the consistency of their submissions  ( For example : Unions  should provide a steady stream of submissions, which can be used over the course of the contest period – not all at the begining/end of the contest period )
  18. The Final Judging Panel will include

  19. Individual Awards: An individual award shall be provided to
